Q. Well That Sounds OK But What Does It Actually Mean ?

 

A. They are made from 100% recyclable/Biodegradable materials which will break down and return to the Earth.

 

  • The outer balloon is made from either Rice or Mulberry Paper.
  • The Igniter is made from wax coated paper.
  • The Hoop is made from Bamboo.
  • The very thin wire holding the wax Igniter in place will break down within two weeks.
  • The new type fireproof rope/wool/string will never harm any animal if accidentally ingested.
  • The outer packaging can be recycled responsibly.
  • The igniter will burn away completely before the Lantern returns slowly to Earth.
